Key message is don’t go over the side. Jack stays, length of tethers and stop points. What to check. How many ways are there to recover someone from the water. Easier if they are conscious and can help themselves but what if they are unresponsive? Some practical demos, all in the comfort of a class room. Nothing is perfect but thinking ahead may come up with the practical solution. Meanwhile don’t go over the side!
